We had a better than expected GREAT time, and we're planning to travel to the next family venue early June next year. Kudos to Mike for putting together the trip.
Susan and I enjoyed seeing our "contemporary cousins" again, as well as the older folks too. I'm excited for Adam and Greg, but would like to see Greg work on Priscilla's political opinion between now and November.
My crew left the beach today (Thursday), and are in Elba for Susan's Grandmother's 90th birthday tomorrow.
I will get my pictures from the trip posted (hopefully with ease) when I get back to B'ham this weekend.
One footnote...the ocean has been slick as glass the past three days. I imagine we would have had a few more "fisher people" participating on deck instead of taking a nap during the trip if it would have been one week later. The boys are still talking about the different colors of puke that Uncle Mike exhibited during the adventure.
Looking forward to seeing some participation in the Blog that Adam got started, and seeing ya'll again sooner than later.
